Healthy Origins American-Made L-Glutamine is a unique powder packed with L-glutamine to help support muscle health and promote healthy immune cell function. L-glutamine or glutamine is an amino acid found within the body and is a building block of protein. L-glutamine also helps deliver energy to the immune cells located in the body's GI tract through the blood. Although one of the most abundant amino acids found in blood and muscle tissue, the production of L-glutamine can be reduced due to stress and strenuous exercise. With 5 grams of L-glutamine per serving, simply enjoy a scoop mixed with water or your favorite beverage.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, add one (1) scoop of powder into 8 oz of water or juice once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by a physician.
